They responded quickly when we called about water flooding our house from a backed up condensation line upstairs. We were gone on vacation for a week so the damage and water was extensive. We had leaking in our bedroom on an exterior wall due to a previously unknown issue in our house that we bought the year before. We reached out to a few different restoration companies, but not only were they the most responsive, they also had the best solution that would actually fix the problem and not just be a temporary patch job. It was a pretty extensive job, so it ended up not being cheap, but they did excellent work and were very upfront and detailed with the price and their estimates. They were very professional and properly contained the area that they worked on so we had no problems staying in the house while they worked, an issue we had with other contractors in the past. We also left town on the last week of the job due to a vacation that we couldn't reschedule and they kept us updated throughout with pictures and texts. I wish everyone who came to work at our home was as half as professional as Simon and his crew.  Our finished basement flooded and CRS was there in less than two hours to remove the water and dry the carpets. They subsequently handled some necessary demo,  mold removal and even got some of my drainage sorted out to hopefully prevent the flooding from happening again. Estimate was professional cost was broke for all repairs, I needed extra work done and he was on top of it right away, took pride in their work would recommend and I'll use them again.Great job done, with cleaning and restoration , out with the old and in with the new 👍
